Compliance guide
Prepare responsibly. Communicate clearly.
Reachivo helps you follow official business messaging requirements. It does not guarantee approval, limit increases, or outcomes controlled by platform policy.
What businesses should maintain
Keep accurate business information, a working website, valid contact details, and a clear customer support channel.
- Use approved templates for business-initiated messages outside the allowed customer service window
- Reply freely only within the allowed customer service window after a user messages your business
- Provide a clear human support or escalation path where automation is used
Consent is the foundation
Include opt-in language before customers receive business messages and make it simple to unsubscribe or say “stop messaging me.” Never message users without proper consent.
Avoid prohibited or misleading activity
Do not mislead users, impersonate another company, or send spam, fraud, prohibited products, illegal services, adult content, gambling, payday loans, MLM, discriminatory content, or restricted regulated goods unless explicitly allowed by policy and applicable law.
- Maintain Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy pages
- Review WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, template rules, and consent requirements
